Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment (PNA) Consultation
Our Health and Wellbeing Board published the PNA in April 2015. We are required to publish a revised assessment by the end of March 2018.
A revised PNA report has been produced, which looks at:
- the health needs of the local population in the borough,
- the current pharmacy network and,
- public feedback on current services.
We invite you to take this opportunity to give us your views on this draft report and the conclusions drawn from it.
The answers you provide for this consultation will help shape the final PNA report, which will be used by the NHS to inform decisions on applications for new pharmacies and applications for changes at existing pharmacies. Local organisations, such as local authorities and Clinical Commissioning Groups, will also use the PNA to inform the services they commission from local pharmacies.
This consultation closes on Sunday 31 December 2017. (Please note: the link below will take you to a Bracknell Forest survey page, where you will be given the opportunity to state that you want to comment on the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead PNA).
If you would like a hard copy of the report and survey, please contact [email protected] or call 01344 355218.
All information you provide will be treated in strict confidence and will not be used to identify you personally. The information you give us will only be used for the purpose of this consultation and will not be passed to anyone else. The analysis is done on an anonymous basis under the guidelines of the Data Protection Act.
The final Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment will be presented to our Health and Wellbeing Board before the end of March 2018 and will be made available on this website.
