UK Parliamentary Election - Thursday 8 June 2017
There will be a UK Parliamentary election on Thursday 8 June 2017. The (Acting) Returning Officer at the Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead will be responsible for declaring the results for the constituencies of Windsor and Maidenhead.

The deadline to register to vote in the general election for those people who do not yet have an entry on the electoral register, is Monday 22 May 2017. New applications should be made at www.gov.uk/register-to-vote. Poll cards will be sent out w/c Monday 8 May to those electors who are already registered to vote.

For those electors who anticipate that they will be away around 8 June and do not yet have a postal vote in place, they should complete a postal vote application form and ensure that it reaches Electoral Services by 5pm on Tuesday 23 May 2017. Postal votes will be issued on the following dates:
Friday 19 May - Postal votes being sent to an overseas address where applications are received by 27 April
Wednesday 24 May - Postal votes being sent to a UK address where applications are received by 27 April
Friday 26 May - Postal votes being sent to both overseas and UK addresses where applications are received between 28 April and 19 May
Thursday 1 June - Postal votes being sent to both overseas and UK addresses where applications are received between 20 May and 23 May by 5pm

Clewer North Borough Ward - Thursday 4 May 2017
There was one casual vacancy in the office of councillor for Clewer North Borough Ward. In accordance with the Local Government Act 1972, a Notice of Vacancy had been published.
