Summer activities at Windsor & Royal Borough Museum.

Come and create and share your #mischiefmaker selfie in the museum for the Summer Reading Challenge.

Also, join us and learn more about the River Thames and life and work on the river as it flows past Windsor with our summer activities.

Our activities below are aimed at ages 4-11 years. Drop in. £2.00 per child, £1.00 with an Advantage Card and one accompanying adult free.

Bridging the Gap - 24 July 2018 - 10.30am-12.30pm & 1.30pm-3:30pm

Come and learn about the different ways to cross the Thames and take up the challenge to make a bridge.

Find out who lives along the Thames and create a river insect to take home.

Make a map and learn about the towns & villages along the Thames in the Royal Borough.

Float a Boat - 14 August 2018 - 10.30am-12.30pm & 1.30pm-3:30pm

Make a boat and see if it will sink or swim and find out about sports on the Thames.

Create, construct and build - 21 August 2018 - 10.30am-12.30pm & 1.30pm-3:30pm

Be an architect, build a building and learn about precious buildings in the Royal Borough.

Fun with Fishing - 28 August 2018 - 10.30am-12.30pm & 1.30pm-3:30pm

Make an underwater scene and find out about the finned creatures found in the Thames.
