Renew your bus pass
Currently, we are unable to issue new, renew or replace lost/stolen bus passes. We plan to provide this service online in the near future. Please check back on this page for further updates.
If your current bus pass was issued by another authority, you will need to apply for a new one once an online application is available.
If you have moved to a new address within the Windsor & Maidenhead Borough since your current pass was issued, please submit your new address via the renewal form below.
You can renew your existing bus pass by completing the online form below.
Your card will be ready within seven working days from the submission of your request.
