Report a missed bin

If your bin has not been emptied let us know no later than two working days after your expected collection.

Before making your report please check the following:

  • Has your neighbour's bin been emptied?
    If your neighbour's bin has not been collected there may have been an problem with our collection service and we will be arranging an alternative collection.
  • Was your bin put out before 7am on your collection day?
    If your bin was not put out on time you will need to make alternative arrangements such as taking your rubbish to the recycling centre, put it out for collection the following week.
  • Has a tag been placed on your bin?
    This will explain why your bin has not been emptied.
