From Thursday 1 June residents in Windsor will be able to access council services from Windsor Library as part of a new service hub.

Opening hours in Windsor from Thursday 1 June to Friday 30 June 2017 will be 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.

The new library and resident service will be available from Saturday 1 July 2017 at Maidenhead and Ascot Durning libraries. Residents will be able to access a range of services seven days a week. All customer service queries being made in person will be done at Maidenhead Library instead of the Town Hall.

Services will include:

  • council tax,
  • benefits,
  • green waste,
  • missed bin collections,
  • assisted and special waste collections,
  • street-lighting,
  • potholes and fly-tipping reporting,
  • housing options,
  • parking,
  • school admissions,
  • licensing, and 
  • blue badges.

Opening hour changes from Saturday 1 July 2017 when all three hubs have launched will be:

Windsor

  • Monday 9am-5pm
  • Tuesday 9am-7pm
  • Wednesday 10am-5pm
  • Thursday 9am-5pm
  • Friday 9am-7pm
  • Saturday 9.30am-5pm
  • Sunday 11am-2pm

Ascot

  • Monday 10am-7pm
  • Tuesday 10am-5pm
  • Wednesday 10am-5pm
  • Thursday 10am-7pm
  • Friday 10am-5pm
  • Saturday 10am-1pm
  • Sunday 11am-2pm

Maidenhead

  • Monday 9am-7pm
  • Tuesday  9am-7pm
  • Wednesday 10am-7pm
  • Thursday 9am-7pm
  • Friday 9am-7pm
